I am pretty sure 5-10 years from now, I will have ideas here that I no longer believe. Growth. Learning. Change in perspective. Experience.
I remember being a vegan for about 3 years. At that point in my life, I really thought that veganism was the way. I watched a few convincing documentaries about it. It wasn’t until my family and friends commented on how pale and sickly I looked. I lost about 40 lbs – mostly muscle during that time. I went back to eating meat and I was back to normal.
I also tried the carnivore diet because Jordan Peterson said it healed him. Mr. Peterson literally only ate steaks and has been doing it for years. I only lasted a month on carnivore! I am too Asian to not have rice in my diet. Rice is life.
The thing about me is that I am always open to new ideas. I am passionate about learning. And what comes with learning is making mistakes.
